"Is it also very noisy compared to regular types ?"- Compared to regular tyre, the answer is definitely a yes. However and IMO, compared to non-RFT tyres from the Extreme Performance category, it is not. Ultimately IMHO, this is subjective and really depends on individual.
"Care to advise which is the best of the best RFT?"- I usually follow the below 2 sites (100% read any neutral test review) and consider all characteristics e.g. wet grip, dry grip, cost, etc... and make the final decision. I only go for the Max Performance as bare minimum, anyway I believe there is no RFT in the Extreme Category.

- The wet grip is too dangerous to even consider IMHO.

2nd Choice = Nitto NT01 (mileage poorest of these 3 choice)
3rd Choice = Michelin Pilot Sport Cup (wet grip poorest of these 3 choice)
