Actually, how do you prevent review bias when the blogger/reviewer is getting something free in return?

Can't say it is bribery, but there is an incentive element for putting up positive reviews to ensure future invitations.

There is a vested interest element there, no matter what.

If every eatery, hairdresser they go to give whatever they want for free ... Then there's no bias.

So in a twisted way .... I assume that she was trying not to be seen as biased by asking for a free haircut because the others have given it to her for free.
