Re: Bluetooth for PFL E90 320i
yes. mine is a MY2009 car.
the USB in centre console means you have the bluetooth MULF2 module already. to confirm, pull up the cover inside the boot and you should see a module installed inside there. Other parts needed are stated in the post above.

if your car also came with the BMW Garmin GPS, then this must be coded out of the car as well in order for the bluetooth phone to work.
Basically when coding the car to add in the VO for the bluetooth ($644), the navigation portable option (+NAVP) must be removed from the car in order for the bluetooth to work. this will mean your GPS will no longer do routing announcements through the radio. you'll also need to tape up the first 5 pins of the Garmin GPS connector if you still want to plug in the GPS for charging else the routing announcements will also not come out from the GPS unit itself. However, if you are using iPhone, the Google Maps app is able to do routing announcements via bluetooth through the radio as well.

from your reply, it seems like you have done research on how to DIY this problem.
how do you know if there is a USB module? mine has USB and Aux in options, inside the centre console, does that mean I have it?
Appreciate if you can direct me to any shop you have used or any reference/manual that you used.
I just bought mine last week and i feel that this feature is really important to me.
Thanks in advance.
