I got a quote for second hand PML m-tech body kits for front and back bumper plus side skirt for $1750 excluding installation and respraying.. good deal?

if can bargain abit will be great....spray paint and install will cost you some $$$ too......

Dilemma. with so many things to spend on.... I have to choose one of the below option:

a. 18" rims + coilover
b. 18" rims + mtech body kit

which will look nicer?
