Not necessarily, like many of us, we dont go to another work place just simply we think our current work place isnt impressive...Some people like new challenges.
Audi has all the challenges. It's in a much tougher competition league than Porsche I'd say.

Porsche AG is smart in the way they make their cars, ie no variant cannibalizations. The upcoming Panamera will compete in a new segment and I m confident it will succeed.

You don't leave the position he had for Audi unless what he saw coming over the next few years was less than impressive in his eyes.
