Not only COE will continue to rise, oil will also rise...eventually spread across all board...eggs, salt etc..haha..by how fast, nobody knows..with number of cars reduced, public transport will be used heavily...this goes well in tandem with the increasing road works e.g. road widening to improve the , and the new mrt lines coming up...with inflation flaring up, that's where u see the gulf and the true face of the real rich and the so called rich people... keke..right now, a lot money flowing in the market...more will come next year..another crisis, nobody knows..1yr ago...ppl say..hse so ex..now it juz gets more ex.

There will be inflation due to hot money everywhere.

Hope my private property will go up and stabilize next year and I might consider selling it in 2011 or 2012.

we dont have the COE tax in the states, and the price for BMW is not that expensive here

Does anyone know if the after-thought GPS comes standard with the 318i?
Bought a "mgt car" from PPSL and the SA told me the GPS was not std.
She offered the GPS as a gift to seal the deal.
Car was registered in April 10 and she said GPS was dependent on the promotion during the registration period.
