Checklist when collecting new car

Hi All,

ON behalf of my Bro-in-Law, am seeking all the experts here regarding what are the usual/major things to check for when collecting his new ride. This is the 1st Bimmer he's got so really need all the advices that the veterans here can offer.

Soon he'll be taking over this account and his new ride is a 520 E60.

chk for door dings,
scratches on paintwork/int trim/ leather and swirl marks..

engine i dun now hw to check.. if u slot in the key/turn and car can start, Horsay!
If cant start, cancel order/fcuk PML, get a refund and head to VW and get an Audi.

Oh yes talking about the rims. Wondering if anyone selling their original 17" rims? Funny thing is PM only give my BIL the 16" rims for a 5 series. That really sounds funny.

I think it quite normal. My E39 520 also 16". By d way, E39 520 is IL6 2.2L.
