Coil over recommendation. Ride too soft!

Re: Coil over recommendation. Ride too soft!

On Singapore roads ..... Minuscule bad effects.

Probably need 10/15mm spacers to push out or change to staggered tires.

Any bad after effects of using spacers though?

Re: Coil over recommendation. Ride too soft!

V3 can adjust low speed bump settings while v2 cannot. Affects comfort to an extent.

Re: Coil over recommendation. Ride too soft!

so the nest way will be to take your current springs out and get them measured by a suspension shop... spring rate, internal ID and hight. without this info you don't know if buying another set of springs will be any better than what you have. (when you buy springs designed for a particular car you don't get the info for them). from here you can select a spring at the same height (or slightly less and use a rubber spacer) with uprated spring rate to give you a firler ride. make sure you keep front to rear ratios in step otherwise you will be adding oversteer/understeer unnecessarily.
Check out King Springs from Australia, cheaper the Eibach.

so, V3 is more comfort than V2 or the other way round. based on specs, i assume V3 is more comfortable but when i read the feedback in usa forum, V2 is for comfort and V3 for tracking and harder.

Re: Coil over recommendation. Ride too soft!

I am looking to sell my UltraRacing Front and Rear Roll(Sway) bars. They were installed on my E90 for only one week before I took them off. Reason is because I found the ride too firm for my liking. I think someone who goes to the racetrack or drives more aggressively might appreciate them. I got them from the authorised Singapore distributor E-Rev Motorsports for $700 with receipt to proof. I am willing to let go of both bars at $350. Pls drop me a line at 96951941 if keen. Cheers!

Re: Coil over recommendation. Ride too soft!

M suspension coil is the best, combining use of Koni gas filled(yellow colour) with 40% -50% hardness in front and 30% hardness in rear give the best compromise ride against performance.
Using the original BMW shock resulting soft ride
