I did Cermaic one this time. It looks like it is quite tougher and in addition you can go for usual waxing anytime, where as waxing cannot be done on Glass and CS2.marcus28;901227 said:

If not wrong, during the initiate stage, they remove any existing wax/polish , not sure it also remove the existiong coating as well. After that , they will then apply the CS2. Just done up mine last Thursday. Between days , was rainly and I can easily wipe off the stain including flower pedal . So far still maintain its shine.

I did CSII ceramic on 2 cars before. Doesn't last as long as they claimed. Lasted less than a year.
Nothing beats regular grooming by good groomer.

I had my car done when it already had a paint protection from Tough Seal on. So I really don't think it will be a problem. However, that being said, best you speak with the applicators first because each of the different product on the market varies in property and content.

Their website has a video on the process of ceramic coating. Not convince at all that it will last, as they only apply 1 layer and that is all. Furthermore, they apply it on an area and then immediately wipe it off. Quite different from the tradition polish where they leave it there for awhile to let it sit in.

From my understanding there is a curing period after application. ... the video could just want to highlight the properties of the product. You may want to shop around as there are several top products on the market to select from.
