Hi there, I suggest that you ensure that your private settlement prevents the Subaru driver from claiming against you in the future for alleged damage which (he may say) you caused to his car.

Looks like the Subaru driver made a wise choice in view of his premiums: 27 yrs old + Subaru + insurance claim. Looks like his car came off worse too.
