If I forget to off my Aircon, then straight away off the engine, will it shorten the life of my coilover, or my brake pads?
I'm amazed no one has ask such an important question.

Does it matter if I off the driver or passenger side first?
Scared front tyres one side will heat up faster.

as far as I am aware, my BMW contact tells me brake pads will be screech alittle. As for coilover, please revert to stock or car may explode. warranty void if explode

In my last car that was what I did. Guess what, the aircon button drop out!

I off the ac before switch off ignition but I notice each n everytime when I start ignition, e ac will turn on automatically... Is this normal? Is there a way to set to manually switch on because sometime the air is very hot during the first few seconds.

I thought so too. Quite bothered with this auto switch on when I start ignition.
