truly beautiful. I simply loved it. Must download this clip.

I had an alfa 155. does it count? Top gear at redline was 200kmh. Geared for racing huh... hehehe.

Re: DTM wars again!?!

is Hankook official tires?

that stealth look BMW bad ass and the new A5 headlights looks great.

Re: DTM wars again!?!

The E30 n 190E are beautiful! The Audi I dun wanna comment as this will hurt Hitmee's feelings

Re: DTM wars again!?!

I have a soft spot for E30 M3s.

Especially the carbon fibre intake manifold. Doesn't do much good but a sound you'll kill when you hear all 4 individual throttle bodies singing at full song.

You have to have the car driving towards rather then away to truly hear all 4 ITBs.

I recall back in the 80s the good old ATCC (Australian Touring Car Championship) days where E30 M3 with their little 4 cyc. S14 engines losing pace against the 5L V8 Commodores on the uphill at Bathurst only to catch them under braking and corner.

And of course enough hoo haa was made and that was the demise of E30 M3s, R32 GTR, Sierra Cosworth, etc in Australia.

One of my all time favourite battle of the E30 M3 with half the engine vs the 5L V8 Commodore.

E30 M3 Driver: Jim Richards, who still competes in tarmac rallies today (997 GT2)
Commodore Driver: Peter Brock who unfortunately passed away in a tarmac rally crash 2006.

These 2 drivers have great respect for each other if you observe their driving. Very clean and neat. None of that F1/ALMS/BTCC dive bomb nonsense.

In today's market and dollar terms, E30 M3s in Australia cost as much as a 2003 E46 M3. If only BMW had made RHD, but I'm not complaining.

RHD conversions are usually straight forward in skilled hands and takes about a week.
