PML recommend Caltex. I have good experience with Caltex 98 for many years.

E93 335i N55 engine 8.7-8.9L - 100kms current mobile one bought at mxtrading and running ron95, non of that vpower or ron98 doesnt seem to work on my car.

Local workshop ...

Yet to change oil cooler ...

Many say our cars good to be running between 120-140....

dunno ....

i think the norm temp is 118 to 120... cant remember above 134 the oil starts to malfunction and that is not good..

Ur oil cooler is stock? looking to change to which one?

130-140 onwards, DME/ECU will cut power to protect engine.

Normal spirited driving should only hit 120+.

Unless you track.

My usual drive would easily hit 120 ... but never see it go over 120.

Track might go higher ....

But at 110 ... car feels more spirited ..

Not too sure if Oil cooler would help too much since hearsay our say to be above 120-130 bah ?

Hearsay the F series 335 (stock) can go 6 lap at sepeng ...

E series cannot lose face ...

Some asked about M3 FC...

For E92 M3, i am getting 6 to 6.5 depending on traffic. 60% highway but always kanna abit of rush hour jam.

F30 335i does much better. Can get 12 km/l if go back forth to airport!

Average consumption mixing long distance with city driving, 8-9 km/l on my F30 335.
