the E93 is a metal roof convertible/coupe.elmariachi;182242 said:i got invited to the e93 launch. its on 31st March Saturday Morning. Look see look see but never like convertibles on a sedan body. Looks so wrong and look like a boat.

In my humble opinion, it is a better choice than the E92. It is way more expensive, but and it has more weight, but it should be similar in torsional stiffness because of additional stiffening done. But because of the folding metal roof, its balance is no longer 50-50 or close to that. But initial handling tests state that it is good enough.
But for those who consider E92 and E93, for the convenience and good balance of 4 seats in a coupe, it doesn't hurt to compromise a little bit more and get the E93 for the folding roof. Most especially in Singapore when 70% of the time you'd want a roof over your head.
it's a cab/coupe, elmariachi. Very different proposition from a fabric top.elmariachi;182264 said:For the added price, u can get a 6 series. WHy wud you pay 30K more for a hard top? Also, the 335i is already 1.6 tonnes. Having more weight on the car is really not a good idea, even with the power.
