Hi Bros, I'm currently experiencing vibrations when I first start the car, and when I hit RPMs of above 3k.

Could this be an engine mounting problem?

Feels like it's coming from The front... Like a very violent vibration

Don't think it's engine mounting. Maybe coils or spark plugs.

Would u all consider to install the engine damper?
Holds the engine firmly and reduce transmission power lost

Doubt it has on bmw. it's usually for jap cars. I maybe wrong.

I did my repairs in JB,
Parts bought from Stockies at around $100 +++

should be around 150 000 KM

That's about right.
My old Merc 200 had to have a new set of engine mounts at around 60000 km!!
