my apologies sir. i drew inference from the other posts. anyway, glad to hear that you manage to resolve. i was also advised by my SE that i MIGHT be able to collect mine on thursday but he would have to update me again, presumably by tomorrow.

Er... did I mention I will be getting car today? No leh.... still waiting for SE to come back to me. I ask him to make appointment with their management for noon tomorrow if there is no new of delivery date and compensation by today.

Please remember we are the customers and Customers always right. Please don't sounds like we owe PML the business, they should serve us. Customers are always right. tell them if they registered the car, they better jolly deliver the ride right away. Else you should charge them for lost of use...

My bro Ahwing, my ride is so far so good. However still need to figure how to set the voice activation command on phone. The SE will help me to fix it today.

Frankly, I don't buy the story that PML will sabo your car if u make noise, heh, who is the customer here? Customer is the King, and tell them deliver the car now.

i going down at 3pm. se says trailer come at 5. not my prob...i fix all my appt with workshop.now all change and i got to take extra leave tmr. who compensate me.

Can just show us the SMS? Would be good to learn from Bro Ahwing how to compose the SMS to convey just the right amount of feeling, emotion and tulan-ness - all in one mobile phone screen. This one got talent!

I have to put disclaimer - I'm taking note of all this for future reference. Cos I expect similarly bad service when the time for my car to be delivered, given the horrible experience of the brothers here... must pick up some tips...

yours 6er...so maybe better...even solar film...they give u all 3m crystalline but ours the cheaper one...hahaha...they see us no up is it? there is simply no reason or excuse for the bloody trailer to come at 5pm when i inform my SE last week abt today.

Eat into road tax, bank loan, COE - I think you should actually do a calculation & ask for compensation to recover the ACTUAL $$$ lost. This one no joke. Not professional at all. A few days, I can understand, but yours is a bit long liao...

se call back say car ready on this sat, i ask him fight for fri. but i think most prob sat, which is 12 days after reg on 31 oct.
