520i still using existing N52 engine?
no turbo how to tune to same as 528i?

N52 engine should be phased out. I think 520 is detuned turbo 4 cylinder. US specs have start/stop and dynamic dampers. Let's see what we get. One thing for sure is higher price.

That's not what I read. The N20 will be applied to F10 520 and 528.

then quite similar to Audi A3 and S3
Audi TT and TTS. all same engine diff tune.

so may be 528i have extra features other than the power diff.

the new 520 will get the 520i/528i gets N20 inline-4 turbo! i hope my 520 will worth the wait!..
oooh wtf the coe is climbing . so how long i need to wait till it drop to 40k huh huh...tew!

there is an ad in the st today about the car. but no details. just that the 520 has a 4pot turbo...

was quoted 210k for the PI 528i before the COE hike. Shipment incoming but shd be able to take delivery before Dec.

now price shd be about 220k.

so meaning PI 528i will be 220k! woot ah

was told only $6k discount for the 520 and 528. no OT.

however, PML is currently still holding on to the price of the 523. same discount applies, ie. 8k + 10k OT. think they really trying to clear them.

anyway, i cannot recall exactly the specs but i think it is quite well specs, including the sunroof.

They will commit any date just to close the deAl.
Dun take their date too seriously.

Best is buy ex stock. They very eager to clear.

Just spoke to my SE over the phone. 528 will come with start/stop and Eco drive function. Rest of trims is same as highline 523. After O/T and discount, price probably around 250k. Wow... this is a great deal more than the 523. Glad I didn't wait for it, would have been out of my budget and probably have to settle on the 520. Big attraction for me was the 10" navigation screen.

As for 520, probably around 222k nett. Trims will be same as basic 523.
