Yes, very bad. Worse than last week's Orchard Road one.

Luckily my car stock and has 4 fingers gap front and back. Stock suspension FTW.

iam assuming the clogging of the drainage system at orchard has cleared since the last time? if it does flood again wonder what excuse they will come up with this time.

Same reason as before. This flooding only happens once in every 50 years. What PUB meant was that this kind of flooding only happens to a specifice area of sillypore once every 50 years.
