Both cases showed no real intention to harm and yet the punishment given out are worlds apart. Unless those men knows she was underage but still go ahead to piak. Anyone knows the details of the hearing? Did those men know she was underage? If the arguement was those men are suppose to check then why did that driver beat the red light and fail to keep a proper lookout? Either i must go back to pimary school or something is really wrong.

Not about her age. Prostitution is not illegal in Singapore.
Pimping is, but not chargeable under the penal code. Under the Women's Charter.
That's means my pimp will never get charged, cause I am not protected under the Women's Charter.

I feel sad for the guys involved. Unless they knowingly went ahead despite the age then I agree they should be shamed.
I was out last night and some girls were talking about how low and disgusting it is for men to go for prostitution. They went on and on and on ad on and on until I couldn't take it anymore and I shot back, " some guys are not blessed with the luck of having a gf or wife. Would you like to offer yourselves as an act of sympathy?"
It was a peaceful night.
