I am going to look for an 8 year old 320i. My current car (not BMW) going to be scrapped soon.

Please pour in all your advises to look out for, while selecting an old 320i

My Advise: Don't BUY.

U can't take the cost of repair.

U shd make frens with Bling... she da sister when it comes to major repairs. (altho her E36 but still a BMW)

U see her pics of repairs u wanna cry and then think maybe buy Camry better

Hey man,
Would help if this was a japanese old car. Been working on old miatas for a long time.
If old beemers are anything to go by, 8 years sounds ok. Check for the usual oil and water leaks, air con piping inclusive. Also, you might want to do a compression test on the engine. If its 8yo and u get a bad result, i think it better to search for something else.
Just my 2cents. There are definitely pros on e46s out there! Good luck!

me also looking for bmw but example 2006/2007 320i or XL , understand this 2 not much difference right ?
