If you have a lot of questions, uncertainty or doubt, better go on weekdays (Mon-Thurs) when they are a little more free to attend do you so you will have your questions answered. Weekends are usually packed.

My colleague told me that my current tires have a very bad inner wear. Maybe due to alignment problem, so i tot of dropping by a workshop and see what they can do about it.
