Help: 16 months F10 can't start.

Anyone advise? Whats wrong with my car? Can't start with cranking and showed battery low. Got a mechanic with a sumbong battery still same thing. Attached below some pics.

So you are saying that after changed battery still cannot start?

I had the error message pop up once. That was after not driving the car for 2 weeks, but I could still start the car. Didn't see the message again so far.

he cannot reply liao cos he probably used his internet connection on idrive to post from his car and now the battery died on him again...

battery should be dead. not enough charge to start the engine. since your car only 16 months old, call BMW assist and ask them to jump start. the mechanic who did it for you might not be using a battery with enough juice. anyway battery is covered under 3 years warranty by PML.

I get this every morning for almost 10mths... Because of car cam(front and rear). But no problem starting. Power magic installed though with my BLackvue.

sounds like the battery in the car is dead. If you are trying to start the car with a pair of jumper cables, make sure the cables are thick enough. By that i mean the copper conductors are thick not just the insulation.

Thank you bros for the concern and responded.

Batt was perfectly ok. It was totally my fault, didnt realise that ran out of petrol, so I went to nearby petrol station, bought some fuel, top up... car started. Damn bloody blur I must say. Never encounter run out of fuel in my life before.. 1st time.

Anyway, watch for 8686 tomorrow.

but the last time i heard of friend cannot start cos empty tank was in the early 90's

Sipeh paiseh leh.. but I remembered before I left home for office yesterday morning (about 10km), the fuel range showed 25km left. Thought can tahan till I fill up in the evening on my way back. Don't know how come bo yu in the afternoon. Is there any possibilites that my reserve tank fuel evaporated due to the HOT weather?
