i understand why u want to own BMW, a lot of just strike it rich towkay/professional, needs BMW to give them the image. but when they get richer along the way, they will change to real luxurious brand like audi, porsche, lambo, ferrrari. s2k say one

well Henry, there's no shortcuts in life.
what works for some ppl doesn't work for others.
just like some bros make quite a bit as bankers or traders yet not all of us are cut out to be in that line or position and its not overnite that they are there already.
there's no instant job where voila u are on your way to 5er.
u still need to start somewhere and after that, u build upon that to reach your dreams or whatever.
i suggest u find some direction in life and a job before u think of a 5er....can think but dun think too hard abt it.
if u want it that bad, ask yourself what can u do to get it?

Yes that is the issue, I haven't found my direction in life yet. But I need to know what kind of job can allow me to earn better income. I love driving, but I cant work as a driver cos driver is confirm cannot earn much no matter how hard I work.

Hi Henry,

not really, if there's a will there's a way........
after work as a driver for a few years maybe you can start an agency that provides driver, valet, etc etc.....in this case you can run it as a business.....

slowly expand it............then maybe by the time you have work your ground well plus should have know some lobang here and there and also have the right connection in your industry, perhaps can even start your own workshop, etc etc.....so can do a one stop service company............

Hi Henry_ks, having a dream by owning a BMW 5 series at yr age is good, at least this is part of yr goal to meet.

As for job, u hv to look for a job that you really interested. u can also look into automotive as u like cars so much so u should understand abt the parts.

u really have to do yr own calculation. how much yr salary, yr comfort monthly installment plan, what other expenses you need to pay... Your pay must at less 3 to 4k.

I was wondering y not be cabin crew...hehe...

Oh cabin crew... Ya haha I got think of it before... Anyway today I just missed the SIA cabin crew interview at Suntec... But one of my fren who was a ex sq girl, she said that being a cabin for guys don't have much future.

for majority of cabin crew, most end up in sales line after they reach their useful shelf life.
end up selling insurance, property etc.

instead of lamenting here for some quick get rich job, why don't u stay footed and start from the ground.
i'm in charge of the HR for my company and looking at the way u post here, i don't think any HR personnel is going to consider u if thats the same way u conduct yourself working for any company. it may sound harsh but thats the truth when we hire and fire our staff.
be more positive, just try getting started with something instead of talking and doing nothing.
