They are not the worst. So far touch wood I haven't claim from them. But I did 'fight' with them (and win) when someone tried to claim an enormous unfair amount against me (which I have already settled privately with him). In the end AXA did not allow that person to claim against me. So I was happy with it. It's not AXA's fault to start with anyway.

It's probably your age, just get licence not too long ago; or even past claims history (if any).

don't think it's age, car insurance under dad's name. only thing is coz third car so ncd at 10%. but all cars no claims before. what i'm puzzled about and don't understand is the big difference: ntuc $7k vs axa $3k.
