Anyone tried this?

Looks like this is a 'cost effective' way of converting the stock halogen headlamp to HID. Are our site sponsors bringing in this?

Erm if you're looking just for HiDs there are local suppliers that sell genuine philips HiDs at a much lower cost plus installation

I believe you are referring to the HID bulbs or HID conversion kit. If I'm not mistaken, here is the whole projector headlamp with HID

i'm not a fan of that seller cos ever kena bad experience with them before for my previous ride. Their manager's michael or something rite.
anyway, their description is conflicting.
halogen bulbs with headlights set and then hid set.
fitment for halogen bulbs and hid bulbs are totally different stuff so are u to mod the headlight set again locally, ie drill bigger holes to fit the HIDs.
lastly, pls be reminded that its not street legal so u have to take out the HID kit before LTA inspection

Erm no never heard of anyone called michael, he selling a full Philips HiD conversion set not ballast mated to a halogen bulb (yup that sounds nuts btw). As far as LTA goes well from what I've read and heard (feel free to correct me here) HiDs are legal on cars that come with them orignally (Duh) but also legal on cars that come with auto leveling function to prevent dazzling the oncoming traffic.

hi achee, saw it at bvo a couple of months back. you might want to call ernest there to check the stock.

you risk getting error codes from the use of those ebay xenons. do a search on e90post if any reviews available.
