I think the NusaJaya i.e Zone B of Iskandar has great potential and due to uncontrollable itch on my backside, I went to book a Cluster Semi-D in Horizon Hills at the price of a HDB 4 rooms flat. Anyone here think I am a sucker????

golf course is good and the clubhouse chinese restaurant is not bad

in short time frame, to flip, difficult as the price is already 40%-50% flipped

I think still got more upside and it come with free golf membership...After looking at the COE and car price here I think its better to buy a house and park your gfs there...

erm, 4-room flat in which location? at Jurong West and at Kim Tian place pricing level really different leh. can PM me the ballpark pricing? thanks

This pricing is for Full Semi-D....I wanted this but not available...so between a bungalow of 3.4M and Cluster Semi-D of 1.34 to 1.45; I booked 2 Cluster Semi-D..

Jokes aside, congrats man. I was also somewhat interested previously - I went to view the development near the new Malborough College, and I think the cluster semi-Ds are the "4-to-cluster" type, going around the same price.

But, the salesperson was very firm and utterly refused to budge during the negotiation - won't absorb stamp duty, die die also must pay extra RM40000 as foreign buyer tax or some shit like that... so, didn't buy.

Now I know why the salesman so firm and refused to negotiate. BECAUSE YOU WERE BUYING 2 UNITS!!!! spoil market. :lol2:

I love horizon hills, nice golf course!!!
easilly accessible, highway all the way
good local amenities, like Jusco and other banking facilities within easy reach
is pretty exclusive as well, I wanted to purchase a resale cluster semi-D at the GOLF,last time.
price was RM660K ( first hand bought around 300-400k)
Like what wobbles said, the agent pretty ngeow,

they wanted me to pay for all the fees inclusive of 2 percent agent fees which usually bear by the seller.
eventually i dropped the deal because they were behaving like gangster and move further up north to buy a double storey in my homeland, KL.

Foreign levy is MYR10k.......Actually I know someone from inside else I wlll not able to get it because units are flying off the shelf like roti prata...Well u never know but I rather buy this than throwing into a damm M6....

2nd hand $660k
3rd hand $1.3M ?

I think you refering to link house...Cluster was never 300k???? maybe 800k last time..Now people selling the corner link house at 1.2M....
