Horizon Hills Semi-Ds

Re: Horizon Hills Semi-Ds

aiyo, this is BMW forum mah. of coz many richmen here hehe! and ultra rich some more!

put it this way bro.

if by saying above seems rude. how about if a Malaysian to read or hear the comments when Sporeans talking about them?

i not siding either of the countries, but i think we should open our hearts and listen to more and then comment constructively.

i said all these due to the fact that, when i was meeting couple of friends for lunch in SICC, one of them said: aiya, stupid meh, invest in such lousy country for what? as bad as throwing your money to the drain la, stupid this, stupid that. (and thats not the first time i heard such comments)

at that point of time, i just hope that no Malaysians sitting next to our table.

and no doubt, the friend who commented as such, she is rich no matter what, but rich doesnt mean you are a gracious or someone who is knowledgeable enough to talk so loud. to me, she is behaves like an aunty in the wet market at that point of time.

Re: Horizon Hills Semi-Ds

I agree with the man in Mask.
Horizon hills is one of the better, if not the best township among those in nusa jaya
I ve done some research in the past and I still believe it has great potential.

located not too near to the crowded city and yet not too far, few mins drive to jusco shopping centre with many restaurants, 10mins connecting to sg via tuas, golf course, etc

Re: Horizon Hills Semi-Ds

okie, back to topic.

HH defintely the one to go. one thing is, the lowest entry point for now is rm800k. rm800k for the locals means big money. only the richer ones can stay there. u can rest assure the security there since many of them already some status. and thus security shall be super tight.

environement wise, sure win liao de. the population in HH, also sure win. only thing is, Malaysia's property should not hold for too long. Population simply too small and thus any township can be obsolete in no years when there's new development. its the same bunch of people who are moving ard the township. rest poorer one, stuck in one township forever. and rental market in MY is poor in terms of residential. (shop lots then diff story though)

Re: Horizon Hills Semi-Ds

IMHO, buy in Johor only if you believe Johor itself can bring about sustained development indepedent of Singapore's input or proximity. This "Close to Singapore" is a good marketing ploy, and will only work for a bit - simply because if EVERYONE bought into that idea, commuting from JB to Singapore via either Tuas or Woodlands would be a total, complete nightmare daily - be it via private transport or public.

Also, Singapore has its own interests to look out for - don't discount the Singapore government to react accordingly to ensure it keeps it's own competitive edge intact, if not to enhance it.

Re: Horizon Hills Semi-Ds

Wobbles brings out good points although he looks like a nerd.......However i believe Spore will need to let go a lot of its manufacturing base as the cost structure here just dont fit....aggravated by the heavy loss in last GE and the constant FT protest at all levels....

My take is they rather want some Sporeans to work in JB which is already prevalent today.....Watch out for the Jap and other MNC moving to JB in the next few years as China cost structure and logistic nightmare is forcing many manufacturing co to relocate..

Btw...I am still waiting for the No Name MWentioned to act.....damm begin to have doubt....
