Just took delivery of my new F10 523i. Previously driving an E90 320i. Owned that for 5 years, great car. I will miss it!

I am planning to get a 523i (new/used), new model does not come with 525i as it stop production.
What is the caught for the New 523i?
PI claim theirs is 3,000 Cc but OMV is higher then PML? Is it true?
Should go for the 1-2 yrs old 525i or new 523i?

Used to be a member in bmwsg about 10yrs back if I can recall?? Was using bayer in short for bayerische back then... Guess without introduction here everyone knows what the word means...

Hi, my name is Rotimi and i live in Nigeria. I am passionate about driving a BMW car, though i don't have one yet. I intend to get mine this december God willingly. Here in Nigeria we don't really have highly qualified mechanic to handle BMW cars, so most of my friends and relative are trying to discourage me from getting one.
The fact that we have few mechanics handling this type of car is driving me to own a BMW auto repair workshop. Please give me your view about this idea.
