As far as I know, the authorised dealer for HRE is Benzline. I ordered my P40's from them recently. I am not aware if there are more than one dealer in Singapore.
I guess I should have checked out Yap Bros first before committing to the order, didn't know that they carried HRE too. But in anycase, Benzline price seemed competitive with internet rates, so I just ordered with them, as very little risk with credit card transaction if no delivery, nor risk of damage during shipping, and only need a small downpayment first.
