Yes, i did edit/delete my post via the help of admin. I did it after confirmation from PML for the scratch on the bumper. SA confirmed that the scratch was there during handover. Therefore, there wasn't a need for the thread's existence.

I think you missed Oilman's post entirely.

He meant your intention to hide your thread from PML is contradictory to PML's remedy in similar scenarios.

Haha, I brought my car in again when the sound surfaced and insisted on a test drive with their service guy so that they can hear the sound they claim was non existent for over a month. Finally they can't say I'm dreaming.

They told me to send it in to be fixed.Since it was late afternoon and I Did not hv an appt, they told to come back first thing tomorrow morning and they will arrange that mine will be the first car to be tested.

I woke early, drove to PML, told th recept that I was there to send my car in and we their after sales rep. Recep checked records and say that I had no appt in the system and the person I'm looking for is not around.

Kudos PML!

After all the complaints, nothing will change. People will still go back to agents for servicing, trouble-shooting and what-not, for either of two reasons.

One, they still believe agents are the best.

Two, they fear if cars not serviced there, warranties will be voided.

3. They still dont know the service standards of PML....

The last time the AD ding my doors and dirtied my floor mats , I asked for a complete car replacement.

They gave me a brand new 335.

My Buddha Palm sart.

If they replaced a 320 with a 335i convertible more sart!!

If i m in your shoe, i will not waste time to ask them to diagnose it multiple times with NO results. I will pay 1 of the specialist to diagnose the problem. After that, go back & ask PML to fix problem.

it's not disallow ... it's the fking stupid diesel taxing policy
but having diesel car also got limitation ie: cannot drive to msia as msia diesel is not euro iv/v compliant

Think diesel,is quite will receive nowadays..they are more powerful than petrol I would say.. Diesel technology is invented by BOSCH. The latest technology diesel system has is the common rail system. Given a choice I will choose diesel over hybrid.

Hybrid system require a combination of diesel/ petrol engine and equip with a high voltage battery module. If you see orange cables in hybrid car label is high voltage.

if you encounter a flood, reaching to wheel level you are require to evacuate the car in case do electrical shock.
