As for the settings, I personally find that having the bass at +6 is perfect for me (which is also the maximum setting) and the tweak the rest of the settings for my preferred "sound". Hope this helps.

Can't remember which shop exactly, was walking around the shops trying my luck and found one. Try the shops that are located "behind", usually prices are better there from my experience. And yes, it is connected to the bottom of my nano.
