There's no perfect ride. U gain something, u lose something. Depends on individual I guess. Drove a few merc before and I do not really like the feel. Somehow when I drive a BMW, I always feel that I m connected with the car, the performance and the handling just makes me want to stick with it even though the maintenance is way higher compared to many rides. Like what I said, u gain some, u lose some. Fair trade. Haha

When I had Getz, it was the best...no horse run, OPC plate one month less than $300, pump petrol once a month n full tank only $65. Sibeh song

Thread title is misleading...I think we should look at the cars registration figures from LTA then you have the real answer.

Beemer is catered for relatively younger drivers or those young at heart.
Compare the interiors current 3series with C Class you know what I mean.

Merc should truly be the No.1 overall. It is reliable, comfort, solid, and has this mature image, give other ppl a feeling of u r a trustworthy dependable person.

BUT, having said that, I just changed my W204 to F30 LOL:evillook:
I just cannot resist the sexy eyes of F30 and the well known BWM handling.

BMW feels like ur mistress, no matter how other ppls say this merc very good, that lexus very relible, this audi very high tech, when BMW seduce u, just surrender and pay...


Joke aside. Merc good lah, if u not car enthusiastic, buy a merc can never goes wrong.

I tested c180, a4, 316 & Camry. Only bmw and totoyta bothered to follow up on my decision.
