Should close down to prevent more people ganna conned, is the god's will. I've a gearbox issue with them on my previous a5 sportback. Went down there at least four times and they die die say not gearbox fault until the fifth time then they admit gearbox fault. 1year plus car with mileage 25k, they say no replacement for a new one unless they unable to repair. They thought that we've nothing to do and got a lot of free time sending car there so many times. With this kind of standard can't really trust them can do a good job. No choice but to sell away my a5 to prevent future encounterment with this no standard twm.

TWM stand for "to wait more" meaning "tan gu gu" in hokkien. That is why a lot of new cars park there " tan gu gu" for parts. And now the owners must "tan gu gu" to get back their cars. No wonder can give pi new car 7 years / 300k warranty. Collect $ to roll 1st , cannot tahan then close shop. All the AD should thank TWM cos they make people lost faith buying pi cars

Ya lor, they think we're damn free, morning put car there then take taxi to work, evening take taxi there to get back the car. Like that every time error message comes then you put you car there just to reset the error message, the process keep repeating cos the root didn't solve, paying taxi fee also can't tahan.

We have about 13members to date, who has a warranty with TWM@Khang, will this be a substantial number to File a case? or is there a min requirement? And if anyone has any experienece or knows, how to go about with regards to this matter. Pls share/advice.
P/S: also would be good if we all could also meet up, to discuss to firm up the action plan.

i never believed in these warranty schemes. shit fly past the fan and hits the ceiling now. i wish you guys all the best in claiming your unused warranty. i guess there's a bro with a car that went in for a gearbox issue and did not get it back... i hope you get your car back. all the best...

CASE is a barking dog. Barking dog dont bite.
Only recourse is thru Small Claims Tribunal.
You go to CASE, they will write in officially to TMW and charges each person $10 admin fees.. After two weeks, CASE tells you they did not respond, and ask you to file case with Tribunal.
CASE themself is another conman. Official conman.
