In current situation what will be the best strategy? 100% cash?

I am on 100% cash now, waiting to start nibbling after the big crash, I think around Sep 2012. Now need to wait patiently. What appears cheap today will become very, very expensive once the market capitulation stage sets in.

Wow... again, substitute the above astute statement with PAP can-kicking (eg. import more FT, tweak COE crunch) and what do we get?

True, I was lamenting a long time ago that Singapore is on the wrong path i.e. blindly chasing GDP growth at the expense of quality of life. We will end up losers, rich or poor. The car cost can be easily reined in by restricting the loan quantum for car but that's obviously not on the cards.

Sharing my thoughts, not an advice.

Fundamental asides, macro fears will lead the overall market, so, risk management mode should kick in BUT Genting HK looks to be well supported around 0.30/0.305. I will be cautious if that level breaks.......

Chart formation similar to NOL's, Yanlord's and Noble's - basing effect.

watch currency movements over the wkend & if u wanna catch early bird, wake up during NZ mkt opening time & wack. By the time SG mkt opens, half the train has the station, then by the time european mkts open, full blown liquidity comes & shoves everything along

Unless the yield is more attractive compared to Singapore reits, it's not going to fly. Aussie dollar all time high, any weakening will have huge impact.

Ascendas India trust ipo 1.18, look at today's pricing.
