Keppel land shareholders rejoicez!!!!! its the deal of a life time........ K-REIT shareholders has the worst deal ever... 999yrs property bought as 99yrs LH and the building is not even fully leased...

K-REIT calling for rights issue ... 17 rights for every 20shares ...

TERP = ((17x0.85) + (20x1.03))/37 = 95 cents (roundup)

That's the wonder of securitisation. KepCorp and K Land own 75% of K REIT. By placing KREIT to crystallise the parent's assets, the assets can be encashed.

Keppel Crop results will be announced this thursday...i think downside is minimal for now.....wait for Euro markets to open.... I am also looking to add on Keppel........ ideally it can pull back to ard $8.08

Market close weak today, GAR was put on Q but didn't manage to unload before the close. Let's hope market will pull up tomorrow. Market sentiment will be weak ahead which we will see more down side and side way trade. Take cautious in trades.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy said Greek bondholders voluntarily agreed to write down the value of Greek bonds by 50%, which translates to €100 billion and will reduce the nation's debt load to 120% from 150%

Sarkozy said the leaders agreed to boost the firepower of the EU bailout fund, known as the European Financial Stability Facility, "by four or five fold." He added that officials have negotiated additional funding from the International Monetary Fund.

As long as above support levels, slight pullback is healthy. But trading view very short. Whole market talking about a rally to 1300-1350 on S&P in mid Nov.......
