Any comments / advice on Capitaland? thought of selling it.

On technicals, rangebound between 2.86/7 and 3.19. Monthly chart shows a pause in an uptrend. Weekly chart shows no trend.

On fundamentals, we all know what will happen in China and SG in the property space. Policy-led environment.

im long only for stocks, but find it v hard to find new entry points as the mkt is weird now. The last time I bought stocks was 4Q 2011, & 1 of them was Apple abt 380. Now its near 600 I find it hard to justify further positions unless more corrections occur...

Stocks are highly distorted by central bank actions & therefore makes long term investor like me worry abt values.

Follow the price actions. Hard to go long although there will be sporadic snapback bounce. Those will be high-risk high-reward trades.

Else, the first derivative kicks in. Volatility spikes, risks off.
