I suggest, as good citizens, we should assist LTA more by making more calls to them to provide leads. Each forumer should make at least 10 calls every week.
Soon LTA has to hire more officers, or they will give up.

Back to this topic, I believe LTA will be treated like another visitor to the estate.
They are free to move around but subjected to the house rules cos it's a private estate.
When comes to issuing summon, it's grey area. They can just take down the plate, take picture, go back to HQ and ask admin to send letter of inspection or fine. No violation of house rules.
They wouldn't care much.

Once I was at the guard house, 2 police officers came and wanna walk into the condo. My guard and I stopped them. I asked them what is the purpose of entering the private premises. Agree. But as long as they register and provide their particulars and who they are visiting, they are allow to enter. For law enforcer, I doubt this would be applied. For the case of distributor slotting flyers, they should not be given the access. To cut it short, it all depends on your MSCT on how they lay down the rules and to what extend on enforcing them. End of the day, no one within your busy schedule will sit at the guard house of prowl the estate for intruders.
For extreme cases, estate manager will have to escort/accompany them if they need to carry out any "mission" in the estate.

Can join the club....earlier posted somewhere in forum also, kenna for my license plate...and hamann front bumper DRL...both are 'advisory letters' and after I called them up...they also cant explain ...only say that their officers had gone around the MSCP and noted that my carplates (euro typed) and DRL are not allowed...no fine..but just advise me that they are not allowed. But they say will ask their engineers to revert to me on the DRL issue...till date no response...so I just drive along loh....wait and see.....
