This is not what LKY wants - he always wanted everyone to own a place. Read it in his book. That is the overarching aim of the HDB else they are no different from any other developer.
If my kids have to rent a place when they get married then this is one shit of a place to be called your home country.

Did ask MA couple of weeks back about a sedan* M3. Was told it will have to be under special order and also if Germany will make it. Did ask further at that point of time. Anyway current ride still relatively new so waiting for COE to crash out then will consider.
* hard to justify/have a coupe for next change.

You guys talking about Mazda ? The gahmen recommended in Parliament.
The M is referring to Mazda ? They have a 3 & 6 series ... did not know have a 5 series.

No la the action only starts from 3 p.m. I doubt there will be a price collapse because it's 3 weeks worth of orders, and it includes orders before the rule change.
