Re: Mods and mods- The outcome!

I seriously would like you to do the dyno @ DTC but you say no. I would also like to prove that hiop reflash is a total waste of money.
Don't let your money go wasted, we 1 2 prove it.
So how many horses you gain from the DMS?
Seetoh,
as a customer this is my stand and POV. Not out to defame HIOP or J4C in anyway so dun get it wrong k.
1.) Base dyno was done at ST Power, pulled a 227.4bhp (Car STOCK standard)
2.) Dyno again after the camshafts, pulleys, air intake and exhaust went in dyno pulled a 221.8bhp
3.) Informed you of the dyno session and the disappointment, then u recommended ECU upgrade and said HiOP will increase the rev cut on my AUTO gearbox.
4.) Went back to J4C to do an upgrade ECU reflash
5.) Went back to ST Power again and pulled a 232bhp (Ironically, you said the ECU upgrade was not suppose to give me 10bhp)
6.) Dragged with a standard rex and was on par only
7.) Was told by you that ST Power's dyno is lousy and inaccurate
8.) You then recommended Autowerks Dynapack dyno
i) I did not do my base run there before, how would I know if the readings from this particular
dyno is high or low?
ii) You suggested that I put my car in to return to stock go for dyno at Autowerks and then put
back all the mods and go for the dyno again.
9.) I totally gave up because it is just unjustifiable for me to use my time during working hours to run here and there and have no transport during this period of putting in and taking out the mods business. I did say I was not satisfied and would want a refund. But was rejected flatly. I even asked what's gonna happen if I did go through with your suggestion of removing mods and putting back again and still no difference. The answer was a simple, "Then we shall feedback to HiOP and see wat other solutions are available"
Seetoh, you have to understand that when I purchased the mods. I expected a gain in bhp not a loss. I am already very disappointed and yet I still could not even get a refund. You gave me the impression that (If i interpreted correctly) we will go on and on and on and on trying to squeeze that power out and yet still no refund. All I asked for is the simple $750 refund.
The mods were very simple stuff ECU reflash $750, HiOP camshafts $2500, UUC pulley, Blitz air intake. Out of these 4 very basic mods, 2 of which that is supposed to yield the most power was purchased from you. 3 out of the 4 items are straight forward hardwares that results in either the engine will start or just die off.
All I put across is that I am not satisfied that I have to go through all these extra trouble to set things right when I already did what you suggested before in waiting, sending car back for the ECU upgrade and going for the dyno again.
At this point I want to make it clear, the ECU reflash may not have worked for my car for some particular unknown reason. I retract all statements (if I have made any) that indicates the HiOP ECU reflash DOES NOT WORK AT ALL for all cars. However I will not back down from displaying my disappointment when I am asked (I am not those that will start a thread to display my unhappiness) for my opinions.
I did not do a dyno run after I have had my car done by DMS. I did however have a drag with the same rex again (this time boosted up) and I was 3 cars ahead.
