Especially now still have big discount n o/t for 523. Stock limited. MTL.

Yeah, stock is running low. Colour options are a pain especially if you're looking at dark interiors. From what I saw over the weekend, most of the 523HLs are now with beige/oyster interior. If you're ok with that, then there shouldn't be a concern.

I needed a dark/black interior cause of the lower-maintenance benefit so I had limited options for the exterior colour.

Side-note, what's MTL?

F10 must mod. Stock not nice. Ac323 say one.

if i remember rightly...SE says 528i OMV abt 50+, 523i HL is abt 46.5 or 47,5k. don't know abt 520i.

This reminds me of comparing the engine feel btwn my old man's w211 V6 vs w212 IL4T.
~30 ponies differ btwn them but somehow driving the new W212 did not bring bout a grin despite the power bump & claimed 0-62 faster figures. suspect the absorbers set up is too soft for my liking.

seems that the smoothness of 2 more cylinders cant be replaced by adding a compressor / turbine into a IL4.

Tell me about it!

Pity emission is killing the 6. The 6 may be torque-lite but the 4 is harsh and lacks the turbine smoothness of a 6.

Thanks, I will go a bit slower and enjoy the 6.

Yeah. I think the 6 really makes the difference. I'm not sure if the extra oomph in the 4 turbo is for me anyway. I prefer smoothness over aggression.

Just a thought...we been talking abt the 523HL vs the 528i from PML....i was thinking out to myself...why never consider PI 535i..
