Hows the acoustics of a downpipe for the N55 when coupled with the BMW PE? Changes the note and volume alot?

I don't know where you're getting your figures dude, but the e92 m3 has MUCH MUCH higher fuel consumption than the 335i, no matter how juiced it is. In the states it is even subject to gas guzzler tax whereas the 335 isnt! One of the reasons why bmw went back to turbo-ed straight sixes with the f80 and f82.

Also, no offence, but i don't know what you "dont understand" haha!

What is your fuel consumption ?

M3 consumption I can achieve high 8 km/litre (NSHW)
335 7 km/litre is the best I can ever achieve (NSHW)

DP - depends what you want bassy or raw ?
Bassy then get a catted one
Raw then a catless ...

Don't forget about your transmission as well ....... get that tuned too for the delivery.

Wow you have no idea how flattered I am to hear you say that man! Definately one of the few lci 335s with the msport bodykit, oem carbon fibre boot spoiler, oem msport rear diffuser and arkym lip in singapore. In fact i havent really seen any others so far. The previous owner did the oem boot spoiler and diffuser, so straight in the showroom it looked really unique to me already, which is what caught my eye about it even though i was scouting around for a white 335.

Powerwise though, still basically stock with the bmw power kit. Not sure whether to go with a flash(cobb) or piggyback (vishnu procede or jb4).

Hey guys, new to the forum here. Purchased a 2012 335i from PML about a month ago, really enjoying this car. Came with the BMW performance kit, performance exhaust and the cf oem boot spoiler. Changed rims to rays gramlights 57xtreme and added an arkym carbon fibre lip. Hope you guys enjoy this :D

That's very very very good ...

Sorry my 335 & many others cannot achieve such figures ...

You sure you got a 335 ?

Re: NEW member day. (BMW 335I coupe content)

Haha yes i am sure. You need me to take a photo of the badge...? :D you sure you own a e92 m3 with a v8 and not the e46 m3? Lol no offence. I think the only reason your 335's mileage suffers could be that you were running a very aggressive map with a 6 speed manual tranny, but i dont see any lci n55 335s with a manual. I personally think maybe its more accurate to reset your avg fuel consumption on your idrive before you start the journey on the north south highway and before you come down on someone who just posted multiple pictures of his 335.

Thank you for your reply.

Re: NEW member day. (BMW 335I coupe content)

Thank you so much dude! Is the white m3 in your avatar yours? Maybe you can share your fuel consumption details haha!

Re: NEW member day. (BMW 335I coupe content)

Let's all of us meet up one day and discuss the fuel consumption. @-@

Or doubt each other's cars based on one's own experiences haha! I thought it was npnt, now got pics also kena doubted :( @supan a tailpipe on each side should be pretty tell tale that its a 335. If not, AC has seen my car in person so feel free to ask him. Perhaps you're pretty heavy footed and a real "racer". I'm just a noob kid whos lucky enough to enjoy the automobile brand we all love.

LOL, what's the FC to drive to such a meet up :slaphead:

Re: NEW member day. (BMW 335I coupe content)

Some of the newer rides have features that are found on the F series like BER etc ...... Helps with the FC quite a bit.

Re: NEW member day. (BMW 335I coupe content)

Don't think Supan meant it that literally ..........

Most 335s are not known to have FC at the level you mentioned. It ranges from 5 - 10 l/km. It can be optimized though .....

In any case - personally - rarely talk about FC or depreciation especially for performance rides .........

Agreed with RBB - usually we discuss how fast we can mod the car to be ...

Re: NEW member day. (BMW 335I coupe content)

Yo ... Sorry not too often in forums ..

To TS, I am not here to stir shit ... what I am here is to share ...
If you have such wonderful figure, I am happy for you.. maybe is the PPK which helps your FC... I do not have the PPK unit ...

Even stock car my FC best is 7.3 / litre. when car sick is 6.3 / litre which when compared to M3 seriously is much much lesser.

Now with FBO, tunned and lighten Trunk is still 7 km/litre .... which to me is consider good with aggressive driving. If cruising on NSHW maybe another 0.20-0.3 more....

Seriously with so many N55 E92 friends I know, they do not achieve your figure no matter how light foot they drive.

Time to get PPK kit 1 liao!

You never tell him N54 how much you can get on your FC ? maybe 5-6 ?

I not doubting on your tail pipe or you have a 335.

many 320/325 also put twin pipe or even quad .. change badge to 335.

320 I known FC is 9.5-10.5km/l max BTW...

Actually, I think we can study TS car ... maybe it is truly PPK kit 1 can achieve this FC ? PML IS selling this at 3.7k and eng soon selling at 1800..

itchy to get this into my car with cobb in hand.

Re: NEW member day. (BMW 335I coupe content)

Want sound, want power, want fc ?
