suggestion: there's a stretch of coffeeshops next to the kent ridge interchange near NUS. Fong Seng nasi lemak, roti prata, etc.etc. -- alternative to mac's? only prob is parking...

can also drive all the way up AYE and end outside raffles marina. nice drive, very few cars, and then can go across 2nd link and top-up petrol. but only if there is no jam...
