Hmm....i do not normally give review on site sponsor or other service provider here, but this time i need to support Revol (or Gavin) and to give my personal view.

Since i started the grooming package with Revol 1.5 years ago, i have referred numbers of my friends and colleagues to Revol (well, no less than 8 cars i think) and i have not received any negative feedback from them so far.

Or i rephrase, Revol never fail any of my friends/ colleagues.

For fcuk's sake. You PM someone at 4pm Monday, coinciding with Tuesday being their day off work, then come here and KPKB that they didn't reply your PM.

What kind of work do you do? I'd like to call you up, place an order 30 fcuking seconds before your office closes, and expect delivery the next day, or I'll take my business elsewhere.

1st off, may I know apart from being a member of BMW-SG, what sort of special discounts are you looking for?

2ndly, BMW-SG is not an exclusive "organisation" open to a select group of people. Anyone can join, even spammers and free NDP ticket sellers. If everyone registers as members of BMW-SG and then expect discounts JUST BECAUSE they are members, I would then advice Revol to stop being a Site Sponsor or close shop because no more value if everything is given a discount.

When one supports a shop or business, its because its service or product is good, then we look at pricing. If its too expensive for you to stomach, then you should go find something else cheaper. Why do u need to post here to complain that you have had no special pricing? Do you want us as members of the forum to come out and pressure Revol to give the special pricing you expect?

If you cannot accept a price quoted, then move on. And if you think being a member of this forum did not entitle you to a special discount and/or find us unfriendly, then you can leave this forum.

And yes, if u ask me, I am a DAMN BIG FAT biased customer of Revol and will continue to be a DAMN BIG FAT biased customer of Revol UNTIL I find another groomer who can beat Revol in their service, product and detail in grooming..then I move on. Do you think I will threaten Revol to give me a better pricing or else I leave?

So, back to my 1st question...how much discount are you looking for? If $2, I reimburse Revol

Ups for Revol. ...... Good service n attitude. ..... My previous and current rides both done by them. They made my car so like new that I actually dun feel like selling the previous ride.

And who says their package is expensive ...... I must say its one of the best deal in town!

Have to agree with all these guys. Gavin's service has always been top notch.

Call him direct or send him a text message (the number is in one of the previous posts above). He will reply. Sometimes he is busy talking to a customer and will not answer the phone but he will get back to you later.

Not everyone checks their PMs and this forum everyday, unlike some of the Bros here who camp here on this forum, even at 3 am!
