Simple example : if MND minister told you the truth about the actual cost of an HDB unit, and the obscene amount they are fleecing from us at their "market subsidized" selling price, would you want to vote for him?

Talking about flats, how to have more children when fresh graduate can only afford to buy mickeymouse units? Buy re-resale flats that require cov ranging from $30k - $60k is also out of the question for fresh graduate.

Rich man can always talk sky high. Poor man can only suck thumb and work harder to reach the Singapore Dream.

Comparing HDB flat prices 5 years ago, we always ask whether salary of fresh graduate have also grown in the same pace as HDB prices. Rich man (living in big houses) can always tell the poor man not to be fussy and live with 3 room flat. At the same time poor man need to have kids. Try squeezing in a new 3-room flat and have 2 or 3 kids.

What about those who has diploma or ITE certification only?
