Sigh. Such is Singapore, being land scarce and all. Honestly, if your neighbours buay heow jor lang, even if you live in GCB with 20,000 sqft gardens also useless - because they can choose to have an all night party in THEIR garden, and you'll have to LPPL suck it all in.

Confirm. Even staying in a condo, i can hear ang mo parties going on opp my unit blasting music and drunk idiots yelling outside the rented bungalow. So just lun. I always tell me kids not to run in the house after 8pm. If they still want to play, I will bring them to Po Po house nearby. Just doing my part to be a considerate neighbour.

Several years ago, I was stuck in a hotel replying e-mails because my local contact was down with fever and could not bring me out for sight seeing. I was disturbed by some bed creaking sound coming from the room next door. It's a Sunday and 10am in the morning!!!
