Not high flyer... Sold my company, work for a listed company now... Dun foresee i will get retrenched but do not know my career advancement with the current group.
Had another small company, generating small amount of incomes monthly.
Had some shares with the current holdings group. Looking to dump everything and buy blue chips which generate high dividends annually....

there you go... if you are in your 30s... well done!
need investors to grow that small company to generate more... wink wink!

Better put in more money into the house. If can, use zero cash for installment, keep cash in bank or other investment, like purchasing new home...Singapore is a very good market for real estate....u can buy again if you have cash in hand...you might not notice when you have become billionaire at young age...
