XXX, come out for kopi, we can discuss the design, and I have a client who does T shirt printing and embroidery. Not the cheapest, but good quality.

hi guys, apologies for being such a spoilsport, but pls consult Ryan before you do anything.
although everyone is enthusiatic abt all this, the use of the BMW.SG forum logo and any related items should be consulted beforehand with Ryan and the admins. firstly, this is out of respect for da man and 2ndly, its observing the ownershop of the logo, ie the forum.
it can't be that everytime sometimes someone suggests doing a bmw.sg decal, a bmw.sg t-shirt, a bmw.sg bikini then go ahead do liao.
27 names...so do u expect ryan to say no? how to say no and tell u guys that t-shirts and decals can only be purchased off the forum admin which in turn would go back to forum coffers?

Thanks for your heads up on concerns with admin and moderators of BMW.sg. I have no intention to go against the forum rules and rights in continuous proposal. As i have mentioned above, this thread is a headcount check of interest and if we meet the desired interested parties, we then can seek nomination of engagement. Unlike previously kena flame just for the decal sticker, i am now following the process of engagement.

I did some checks legally, BMW.sg in Singapore under the statute of Copyright Act (Cap 63, 2006 Rev Ed) (‘CA’) is not registered for designs and patents.And copyright is not a monopoly, It is essentially a negative right to prevent copying. This means that if two identical works were in fact produced independently of one another, there is no infringement of copyright by one of the other.

We are calling for Interested Headcount only to do a poll of interest.

ONLY if we hit the quantity, we then sit down and decide next step to take.

Myself together with some guys met with Ryan and we are good to go.

Some basic stuff we need is the official logo where Ryan is preparing. Once this is up and going, I will source for suppliers and also upload a sample for everyone to take a look.

FYI, for those that cannot wait.... Ryan has X-stock for the last batch of Dry-fit T-shirts for sale in the next BMW.sg meet up @ Kallang.
(*Please note that i heard that sizes are limited, so let's see see on the meet up if the sizes fit us )
