KNN paramount hotel slope coming dwn from lobby is crazy... imagine i drove altis oso can kena the frt bumper. My altis is stock.

darlene hotel very dangerous if u enter from lor 8... if u enter from lorong 6 is ok... the slope coming down from lorong 8 to the back alley is a killer it will scrape lowered cars.... i damaged my bumper there once :furious:

My own condo's car park where hump is too high followed by a very steep downwards into the carpark. Never fail to scrap it on the way up the slope and going over the hump to exit.

My ride has an AC Schneitzer suspension - 15 mm lowered - not that low so don't know why I could even scrap the bottom of the car.

Anyone can shed light on what possibly the damage could be? I don't have any body kit or lowered front/rear bumper btw.

freshie, cannot be helped if hump built on the slope. Happens to me when going up and out of my home carpark. Just have to go slow and ignore the tailgating a$$h0le behind you. One way that will help slightly is to approach the hump slanted instead of perpendicularly.

Thanks for this.

Contemlating writing to the mgmt. office and lobbying for them to do something abt. the hump. Don't understand why the hump has to be that high. They should really learn from some of the HDB carparks which IMO are much better designed!

For now, I'm parking in the open air car park for visitors. Darn...

my car is very low but i've no problem clearing IKEA, Vivo, Queensway, wheelock, IMM lei..... just have to go dead slow...

Just went into People's Park Carpark. The slope of the entrance coupled with the weird camber of the slope before it turns left plays havoc on a car with coilovers and ARBs. As the barrier moves up and I turned left, my DSC kicked in immediately! I was stuck and couldn't move till I switched off DSC and gunned the car.

Apparently, due to the stiffness of the coilovers and the ARB AND the weirdness of the slope, 1 wheel was not touching the slope! I had to turn off the DSC so that I could power my way through!

Now that is a FIRST!
