EVENT: BMW.SG 10th Anniversary Party
DATE: 12 Nov 2011 (Saturday)
VENUE: Munich Automobiles (30 Teban Gardens Crescent)

Meeting Point

1. For those who are joining convoy, please go Kallang leisurepark carpark (usual monthly meetup point). Each convoy will take 10 cars and convoy will move off at 5pm sharp.

Convoy leaders and sweepers - Bobby, PG7170, Gadaffi, Jack. They will brief you guys on that day on the route.

2. For those who are going direct to the venue, you may do so from 530pm onwards, please try to be early so that those volunteers manning the registration counter, can go mingle around after giving out the goodie bags to the attendees, instead of sitting at the table staring at those goodie bags.

Parking

Please drive all the way in to lambo showroom and fill the carpark all the way from inside to outside. Lets invade the lambos..

Registration

Please apprach the registration counter to collect your goodie bag and your id tag with lanyard. Please wear your lanyard at all time, as we do not allow gatecrasher. Have to be fair to those ppl who paid. Your lucky draw number will be on the id tag as well, do not lose it.

Event Activities

There will be RQs, M cars showcase, test drive registration before the dinner. So feel free to talk to the girls, register for some test drives or whatsoever. Dinner will start at 7pm, there will be Halal and non Halal sections. We will have our awards presentation, M5 preivew, BMW.SG 10th anniversary edition M3 reveal and of course our Lucky draws.. Party will start from 10pm till 2am.

Awards

There will be 7 awards. Hunk of the Year, Babe of the Year, Best looking BMW, Best Dressed(Male), Best Dressed(Female), Funniest Forumer of the Year, Most Enthusiastic Forumer of the Year. So you guys still have time to bling yourself up and of course, bling your car up. Again, we not only want bling, we want creativity.


For newbies, who do not know anyone, please do come look for me and i will intro you around. I may not be the chioest, but should be chio enough, you won't miss one... LOL!!!

And for those who can only make it really the very last minute, please approach me to make payment and i will give you a lanyard accordingly.


LAST BUT NOT LEAST, please DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.If you need to drink, please get a co driver ready. I am sure all of us would love to continue driving our BMWs right?
