Guys, thanks for the pointers and feedback.
As it turns out, NEA has rejected my application to stay here in the West. If we were to shift to Toh Guan, the rental would be a killer. If we were to buy, the possibility to pay back additional loan quantums, should the market fail, would make the business unsustainable. So it looks like staying here in the West would not be too safe for us.
So morale of the story, it looks like we are going to be shifting. The good news is that since the place is owned by us, we will be more willing to invest on infrastructure to make the place better and also keep the costs down. So i would like to request if you guys could list down things that you guys like to have. I will start the ball rolling.
1. Lounge
2. Wi-Fi
3. Small work desk w/ power pt.
4. Drop off service to Woodlands MRT
5.
6.
I cannot promise that all suggestions will be implemented but we will surely give it the duw consideration.

Although it is not a problem in your current setup with the office upstairs, after visiting a few workshops @ Sing Ming I think it is important to have the office entrance in front so customers can walk in without having to go across the workshop which sometimes can be busy/dangerous.

ha ha, that is so true about the walking through. The new shop has the entrance leading straight up to the office.
Mock, you really want sessi biki girlys walking around? Cos i dun think i will get much work done....Magazine rack is a definite must. Parking is not going to be huge problem cos the whole side is parking (>30lots) and i am at the corner.....
Samuel, the massage chair is not really possible, new mezzanine is slightly smaller due to the windows. But glass wall is being considered. For safety sake, its prob going to be half height.
Food is currently arranged there cos my mum wants to prepare some snacks,
Coffee shop is downstairs. I am on the 3rd floor. Maybe thinking of getting a Segway.
Coffee machine can be arranged. Water cooler already got.
Car seats is a good idea. I got some E36 seats in the shop.
Fish tank already have, its the one that put mermaids that cannot fit...
keep them coming....thanks
